联盟链在医疗器械协同创新领域的应用探析

Application of Blockchain in Collaborative Innovation of Medical Device Industry

  • 摘要: 医疗器械产业作为多学科交叉的知识密集型产业,需要多个领域的专业人员协同创新。文章通过文献梳理,得出医疗器械协同创新存在成果转化绩效低下、注册审批成本较高、知识产权保护机制不完善、信息不对称和激励机制存在缺陷等问题的结论,而联盟链的哈希加密技术、数据文档的不易篡改性和可溯源性及智能合约技术为解决这些问题提供了可能。基于上述分析,文章构建了基于联盟链的解决方案,以解决医疗器械协同创新领域存在的问题。该方案的架构包括知识产权激励系统和数据管理系统两个层次。

     

    Abstract: Medical device industry is an interdisciplinary and knowledge-intensive industry which needs collaborative innovation of professionals from different domains. Through literature review, this paper concludes that there are some problems in collaborative innovation of medical devices, such as low achievement transformation performance, high cost of registration and approval, imperfect intellectual property protection mechanism, asymmetric information and defects of incentive mechanism, etc. Hash encryption technology of Blockchain, difficulty in tampering and traceability of data documents and smart contract technology provide the possibility to solve the problems existing in collaborative innovation of medical devices. Based on the above analysis, this paper gets a solution based on Blockchain to solve the problems in the field of collaborative innovation of medical devices. The framework of the scheme includes two levels: intellectual property incentive system and data management system.
