安全型依恋模式下旅游企业员工有效追随行为特征的定性研究

Qualitative Research on the Characteristics of Effective Following Behavior of Employees in Tourism Enterprises under the Secure Attachment

  • 摘要: 依恋模式会影响员工的工作态度和行为,安全型依恋和非安全型依恋对员工的追随行为有不同的影响,而旅游行业的特点要求企业员工的人格以安全型依恋为主。文章以旅游企业员工为研究对象,运用个别深入访谈法和归纳法,探究安全型依恋的旅游企业员工有效追随行为特征。研究发现:在安全型依恋模式下,旅游企业员工有效追随行为特征包括主动性行为、主人翁行为、正面心理资本、服务导向行为、学习行为、综合素质、灵活性行为和建言行为等8个维度。其中主动性行为、主人翁行为跟正面心理资本是安全型依恋模式下最重要的有效追随行为;正面心理资本、服务导向行为、综合素质和灵活性行为是旅游企业情境下特有的追随行为特征。

     

    Abstract: Attachment mode affects employees' working attitude and behavior, secure attachment and non-secure attachment also have different influences on employees' following behavior, and the characteristics of tourism industry require that employees' personality should be dominated by secure attachment. This paper takes the employees of tourism enterprises as the research object, and adopts the methods of individual in-depth interview and induction to explore the characteristics of effective following behavior of employees of tourism enterprises with secure attachment. The study finds that the characteristics of effective following behavior of tourism enterprise employees under the secure attachment model show eight dimensions: proactive behavior, master behavior, positive psychological capital, service-oriented behavior, learning behavior, comprehensive quality, flexibility behavior and voice behavior. Among them, proactive behavior, master behavior and positive psychological capital are the most important effective following behaviors under the secure attachment mode. Positive psychological capital, service-oriented behavior, comprehensive quality and flexible behavior are the unique characteristics of tourism enterprises in the context of specific following behavior.
