Abstract: China has issued the Outline of the Strategy for Digital village Development in 2019, in order to further liberate and develop digital productive forces, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Based on TOE theoretical framework, this paper analyzes the influence of digital governance platform, informatization level, organizational financial capacity, organizational attention, economic development level and public demand on digital village construction level in Sichuan Province from three dimensions of technology, organization and environment. The results show that, in addition to the digital governance platform, the level of informatization, organizational financial capacity, organizational attention, economic development level and public demand all have a positive supporting effect on the digital village level. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the level of digital village construction in Sichuan Province.
