国内外数字化领导力的研究回顾与展望基于文献计量法的分析

Digital Leadership Research at Home and Abroad: A Review and Future Prospects Based on Bibliometric Analysis

  • 摘要: 随着数字化转型的加速,越来越多的组织意识到数字化领导力的重要性,也因此推动了数字化领导力的研究和发展。本文采用CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science数据库和CNKI数据库中2000—2023年数字化领导力文献进行计量分析和知识图谱呈现。分析结果表明:数字化领导力的概念界定从最初的关注技术应用拓展到对数字化愿景的建构和实现;近年来关于数字化领导力的研究文献呈显著增长趋势,美国和中国学者的贡献较为突出。通过关键词时间线图谱分析,可将此领域研究的演进以2012年和2020年为界划分为探索期、发展期和爆发期三个阶段,探索期主要关注领导者与追随者间的互动;发展期阶段则拓展到关于数字化领导力的形成过程、情境创新和应用结果的探讨;爆发期的实证文献数量大幅增多,体现在数字化领导力的前因研究、作用机制研究以及作用背景研究等。基于现有文献回顾,本文进一步提出此领域未来可关注完善数字化领导力的概念与内涵、探讨数字化领导力的影响及形成机制研究、扩展数字化领导力的作用层次以及如何基于中国组织情境开展本土化的研究。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of digital transformation, an increasing number of organizations have recognized the importance of digital leadership, which has, in turn, driven the research and development of digital leadership. This paper employs CiteSpace software to conduct a bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping of the digital leadership literature from the Web of Science and CNKI databases spanning 2000 to 2023. The analysis results indicate that the conceptual definition of digital leadership has evolved from an initial focus on technology application to the construction and realization of a digital vision. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in research on digital leadership, with scholars from the United States and China making notable contributions to the field. Through the analysis of the keyword timeline map, the evolution of this field can be divided into three stages: the exploration period, the development period, and the outbreak period, with 2012 and 2020 marking the boundaries. The exploration period primarily focused on the interaction between leaders and followers, while the development period expanded to discussions on the formation process, situational innovation, and application outcomes of digital leadership. Based on the existing literature review, this paper further proposes that future research in this field could focus on refining the concept and connotation of digital leadership, exploring its impact and formation mechanisms, expanding the levels of digital leadership, and investigating how to conduct localized research based on the organizational context in China.
