Abstract:
Purpose/SignificanceWith the development of the Internet, the sharing of material resources and human resources has penetrated into every aspect of modern life. Studying the related challenges faced by human resource management in the era of shared economy is beneficial for enterprises to avoid risks, improve the core competitiveness, and realize sustainable development.
Method/ProcessBased on the practical experiences of Airbnb and Didi Taxi, the paper illustrates the preliminary exploration of these enterprises in the era of shared economy in the application of human resource management. It also analyzes the application characteristics of human resource management in the era of shared economy and the differences between it and traditional human resource management. Finally, the paper points out a series of challenges faced by the application of human resources management under the shared economy and corresponding countermeasures.
Result/ConclusionIn the context of shared economy, the application of human resource management has new value and development potential. Facing positively the challenges of human resource management application in the era of shared economy and perfecting the systems of human resource management can improve the efficiency of the application of human resource management.
