Research on the Development of Private Equity Fund Industry ClusterTaking Tianfu International Fund Town as an Example

The development of private equity fund industry clusters plays an important role in enhancing the influence of private equity funds, boosting overall financial strength, and promoting regional economic transformation and upgrading. At present, the development of private equity fund industry clusters in China has entered a stable period, characterized by specialization, clustering, government support, regional collaboration, and cross-sector cooperation. Since its establishment in 2016, Tianfu International Fund Town has made significant progress in scale and efficiency, and has achieved remarkable results in serving the real economy, promoting regional synergistic development, and improving functional facilities. However, there are still some issues to be solved. For example, government support needs increasing; the efficiency of fund registration needs promoting; business support needs improving, and the fund ecosystem lacks some elements. Therefore, this article proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions: first, optimizing the value allocation between government and enterprises; second, simplifying the fund entry process; and finally, improving functional facilities and strengthening the construction of the fund ecosystem.
