二维纳米材料MXenes的性质及应用研究进展

Research Progress of Characteristics and Applications of Two-dimensional Nanomaterial MXenes

  • 摘要: 二维层状过渡金属碳/氮化物(MXenes)以其独特的晶体特征和结构特性受到越来越多的关注,尤其是在能源、催化、环境等领域的应用中体现出优异的性能。本文系统地综述MXenes独特的稳定性、机械性能、电子性质、磁性质、光学性质、热电性能、铁电及压电性质,同时总结分析MXenes在电池领域、电化学电容器领域及催化领域的应用所取得的最新进展及研究成果,最后对MXenes及其复合材料的未来发展前景及面临的挑战进行探讨。

     

    Abstract: Two-dimensional layered transition-metal carbonitrides (MXenes) have attracted increasing attention, and showed excellent performance in the field of energy, catalysis, environment due to the intriguing crytal characteristics and structure properties. In this review, we systematically introduce the MXenes’ unique stability, mechanical properties, electronic properties, magnetic properties, optical properties, thermoelectric properties, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties . Meanwhile, we summarize and analyze the latest progress and research results on the application of MXenes in the field of batteries, electrochemical capacitors and catalysis. Finally, this review concludes with invigorating perspectives, outlooks and formidable challenges in the future development of MXenes and MXene-based composite materials.
