CoOx催化氢转移还原非食用油脂增值为脂肪醇

CoOx Catalyzed Hydrogen Transfer Reduction of Non-edible Oils to Fatty Alcohols

  • 摘要: 采用多相催化过程将不具有食用价值的高芥酸菜籽油和餐废油高值化对缓解环境污染具有重要研究意义。本文采用廉价的CoOx氧化物作为催化剂,发挥 CoO和Co物种协同催化作用,采用异丙醇作为新型的供氢体,代替传统的氢气源将非食用油脂在相对温和条件下催化转化为脂肪醇,在反应温度220 ℃下可获得脂肪醇产率45%。本研究可为劣质油脂高值化利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: High erucic acid rapeseed oil and meal waste oil have no edible value. Using a heterogeneous catalysis process to increase the value of such inferior resources has important research significance for alleviating environmental pollution. In this paper, cheap CoOx oxide is used as a catalyst to play the synergistic catalytic effect of CoO and Co species, and isopropanol is used as a new type of hydrogen donor to replace the traditional hydrogen source to catalyze the conversion of non-edible fats and oils into fatty alcohols under relatively mild conditions. At a reaction temperature of 220 ℃, the yield of fatty alcohols can be obtained at 45%, which provides a reference for the high-value utilization of inferior fats and oils.
