Abstract:
The system, which includes permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) and mechanical automated manual transmission (AMT) for a pure electric vehicle, is discussed in this paper. The mathematical model of the vehicle's power train system is established, and the shift process of the drive motor and the clutches two-speed AMT is analyzed, and the control strategy for PMSM to coordinate AMT shift is formulated. The maximum torque per ampere control method based on space vector pulse-width modulation is worked out for the driving motor. Finally, the PMSM + AMT system model is established in MATLAB/ Simulink, and the simulation of shift control strategy is completed. The results show that the formulated control strategy can reduce the impact of shift in some degree, and improve driving comfort.
