纯电动汽车PMSM+AMT换挡控制策略

Shift Control Strategy for PMSM+AMT of Pure Electric Vehicle

  • 摘要: 针对某纯电动汽车永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM)+机械自动变速器(automated manual transmission, AMT)系统,建立动力传动系统数学模型,分析驱动电机及无离合器两挡AMT的换挡过程,制定PMSM协调AMT换挡控制策略,对驱动电机设计基于空间矢量脉宽调制的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制方法,最后在MATLAB/Simulink中建立PMSM+AMT系统模型,并完成换挡控制策略的仿真。结果表明,制定的换挡协调控制策略能将换挡冲击度控制在合理范围,提高了驾乘舒适性。

     

    Abstract: The system, which includes permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) and mechanical automated manual transmission (AMT) for a pure electric vehicle, is discussed in this paper. The mathematical model of the vehicle's power train system is established, and the shift process of the drive motor and the clutches two-speed AMT is analyzed, and the control strategy for PMSM to coordinate AMT shift is formulated. The maximum torque per ampere control method based on space vector pulse-width modulation is worked out for the driving motor. Finally, the PMSM + AMT system model is established in MATLAB/ Simulink, and the simulation of shift control strategy is completed. The results show that the formulated control strategy can reduce the impact of shift in some degree, and improve driving comfort.
