面向副产氢的金属氢化物分离法净化氢技术的经济性分析

Economic Analysis of Hydrogen Purification Technology by Metal Hydride Separation for By-product Hydrogen

  • 摘要: 在当前“双碳”目标实施的重要阶段,氢能的重要性不断提升。在当前廉价工业副产氢存量大,市场对高纯氢气需求日益增大的背景下,基于工业副产氢纯化制取高纯氢气(氢气纯度大于99.999%)总体正处于中试示范阶段,而制氢成本是其在高纯氢制取市场形成竞争力的关键。文章建立金属氢化物分离法净化氢技术的平准化氢气制取成本(LCOHP)模型,对处理量为2000 Nm3/h规模的工业副产氢纯化制氢系统进行经济性分析,并对影响LCOHP值的主要因素进行讨论,结果表明,金属氢化物纯化制氢系统LCOHP值为1.013元/标方,其中工业副产氢原料气成本占比最高(78.45%)。此外,系统氢气回收率、工业副产氢价格、储氢材料再生费用对LCOHP值影响显著。氢气回收率每上升5%,LCOHP值下降0.012~0.042元/标方,降幅1.18%~4.15%;工业副产氢价格每上升0.05元/标方,LCOHP值上升0.101元/标方,升幅9.97%;储氢材料再生费用每降低10%,LCOHP值下降0.033元/标方,降幅约为3.26%。

     

    Abstract: In the current important stage of implementing the "dual carbon" target, the importance of hydrogen energy is constantly increasing. In response to the current large stock of cheap industrial by-product hydrogen and the increasing demand for high-purity hydrogen in the market, the purification of industrial by-product hydrogen to produce high-purity (over 99.999%) hydrogen is currently in the pilot demonstration stage. The cost of hydrogen production is the key to its competitiveness in the high-purity hydrogen production market. A novel metal hydride purification hydrogen production levelized cost of hydrogen production model (LCOHP) is established in this work, to quantitatively analyze an industrial by-product hydrogen purification hydrogen production system with a processing capacity of 2000 Nm3/h. Moreover, the main factors affecting the LCOHP value are discussed. The results show that the LCOHP of the metal hydride purification hydrogen production system is 1.013 yuan/Nm3, Among them, the cost of feed gas accounts for the highest proportion (78.45%). The system hydrogen recovery rate, industrial by-product hydrogen price, and hydrogen storage material regeneration cost have a significant impact on LCOHP. For every 5% increase in hydrogen recovery rate, the LCOHP value decreases by 0.012-0.042 yuan/ standard cubic meter, a decrease of 1.18% to 4.15%; For every 0.05 yuan/standard cubic meter increase in the price of industrial by-product hydrogen, the LCOHP value increases by 0.101 yuan/ standard cubic meter, an increase of 9.97%; For every 10% reduction in the cost of hydrogen storage material regeneration, the LCOHP decreases by 0.033 yuan/standard cubic meter, a decrease of approximately 3.26%.
