  • 摘要: 碱性电解槽技术作为制氢的关键途径,近年来得到了快速发展。文章综述了碱性电解槽的工作原理、性能指标及技术发展现状,并深入探讨了其发展趋势及技术创新方向。碱性电解槽技术因成本低、工艺成熟、易于大规模应用等优势,在电解水制氢领域占据重要地位。然而,随着氢能产业的不断发展,对电解槽的效率、稳定性及经济性提出了更高要求。未来,碱性电解槽技术将趋向大型化、集成化,并通过技术创新与优化,如开发新型高效催化剂、优化电解槽结构与升级系统等提升其性能和经济性。同时,通过跨学科深度融合,为碱性电解槽技术的发展注入新的活力,推动氢能产业的持续进步与繁荣。

     

    Abstract: Alkaline electrolyzer technology has developed rapidly in recent years as a key method for hydrogen production. This review systematically summarizes the principles, performance indicators, and current development status of alkaline electrolyzers while discussing their development prospects and technological innovation direction in depth. Alkaline electrolyzer technology plays a crucial role in hydrogen production due to its low cost, mature process, and suitability for large-scale applications. However, as the hydrogen energy industry develops, there are increasing demands for enhanced efficiency, stability, and economic viability of electrolyzers. In the future, alkaline electrolyzer technology will tend to be large-scale and integrated, and the performance and economy of electrolyzers can be further improved through the development of efficient catalysts, electrolyzer structure, and system optimization. Furthermore, an interdisciplinary integration is beneficial for the advancement of alkaline electrolyzer technology, thereby promoting the sustainable advancement of the hydrogen energy industry.
