响应面优化超声波法提取竹叶黄酮

Using Response Surface Methodology to Optimize the Ultrasonic Extraction of Flavonoids from Bamboo Leaves

  • 摘要: 以四川产淡竹叶为原料,对竹叶黄酮类物质的提取方法进行研究。试验使用响应面优化超声波法提取竹叶黄酮的工艺。单因素试验确定了乙醇体积分数、提取时间和提取功率的水平数值,采用三因素三水平响应面分析法明确了超声波法提取竹叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%、提取功率190 kW、提取时间30 min。在此条件下理论提取率为5.6%,实测值为5.46%,与理论预测值非常接近。该结果为提取竹叶黄酮在中试和生产方面提供了试验依据。

     

    Abstract: The extraction method of bamboo leaf flavonoids was studied by using light bamboo leaves which is from Sichuan as raw materials.The response surface methodology was adopted to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of bamboo leaf flavonoids.The single factor experiment was uitilized to determine the level of ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction power.The three-factor and three-level response surface analysis method was used to determine the optimal process conditions for extracting bamboo leaf flavonoids by ultrasonic technology.The optimal process conditions is that the ethanol concentration volume fraction is 70%, extraction power 190 kW and extraction time 30 mins.Under this condition, the theoretical extraction rate is 5.6% and the measured value is 5.46% which is very close to the theoretical prediction.The results provide a test basis for the pilot test and the production of bamboo leaf flavonoids.
