Abstract: The development of green building is the key point for cities to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Prefabricated building, as a typical representative of green building, has been greatly promoted in recent years. However, there are many deficiencies in the traditional enterprise quota compilation method, which restrict the rapid development of prefabricated building. Based on this, this paper analyzes the development status of prefabricated buildings and the research progress of enterprise quota, the paper points out that the traditional compilation method with the disadvantages such as long time-consuming and low precision cannot meet the current development needs of prefabricated buildings. In addition, the key role of big data forecasting technology in quota preparation is dissected. The conclusion shows that big data prediction employed in the compiling of enterprise quota for prefabricated construction can not only improve the compiling speed but also increase the accuracy of quota.
