热处理对铜基化学镀镍层结构和性能的影响

Effect of Heat Treatment on the Structure and Property of Electroless Ni-P Alloy Coating on Copper Base

  • 摘要: 采用化学镀技术在紫铜表面制备化学镀镍层,结合OLYMPUS、XRD、HVS-1000等方法研究不同热处理温度对镀层结构和性能的影响,分析不同热处理温度与镀层表面形貌、微观结构、显微硬度和耐磨性的关系。结果表明,经500 ℃热处理后,镀层出现明显晶界,形成了大量与Ni相共格的高硬质相Ni3P,镀层硬度和耐磨性均达到最佳,此时镀层显微硬度为1 284 HV,磨损量为2.6 mg。

     

    Abstract: Electroless Ni-P Alloy Coating on the surface of Copper base was obtained by Electroless plating technology. The structure and property of coating after heat treatment at different temperatures were investigated by means of OLYMPUS、XRD and HVS-1000. Furthermore, the relationship of different heat treatment temperatures with surface morphology, microstructure, hardness and wear resistance was analyzed. The experiments showed that there was an obvious boundary of coating, forming a large number of coherent with Ni high Ni3P hard phase after heat treatment at 500 ℃, and the hardness and wear resistance of the coating were the best, the micohardness and the wear quantity were respectively 1 284 HV and 2.6 mg at this time.
