基于ANSYS Workbench的离心泵叶轮强度分析
Strength Analysis of Centrifugal Impeller Based on the Platform of ANSYS Workbench

摘要: 针对某离心叶轮结构的安全性问题, 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中的流动分析及静态结构分析模块对叶轮强度进行协同计算分析。首先采用SolidWorks软件特征建模方法, 建立了叶轮及叶轮内流体流动空间的三维模型; 接着通过FSI接口, 实现了流场与结构场之间的数据传递, 进而完成了流体压力分析计算。计算结果表明, 该叶轮满足强度要求, 流体压力对叶轮结构安全有更为显著的影响。Abstract: For the structural safety of a centrifugal impeller, the strength of the impeller is collaboratively simulated using CFD and static structure analysis modules in ANSYS Workbench package.Three dimensional models of impeller and flow domain are created based on feature modeling method of SolidWorks.Data transfer between flow filed and structural field is realized through FSI interface to realize a fluid pressure calculation.The results show that the impeller meets the strength requirements, and the fluid pressure on the impeller has significant effect upon structure safety.
