基于自由度节点的桌面式二级圆柱齿轮减速器虚拟装配系统研究

  • 摘要: 提出基于自由度(degree of freedom, DOF)节点的零部件定位法。利用三维建模软件SolidWorks对二级圆柱齿轮减速器的各个零部件进行建模,用Multigen Creator软件对模型进行简化和组织,同时利用Multigen Creator软件的特殊功能节点对模型特性进行显示。该方法无须预先知道零部件的精确位置信息,同时也避免过多约束限制对实时性的影响。系统充分利用台式机的有限外设对装配过程操作,结构简便,实用性强。

     

    Abstract: The Research on Desktop Virtual Assembly System for Two-stage Helical Cylindrical Gear Reducer Based on DOF Node LI Yan-wen, DONG Xiu-cheng, LI Chang-long (School of Electric and Information Engineering, Xihua University, Chengdu 610039 China) This paper takes advantages of three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to draw all spare parts' models of a two-stage helical cylindrical gear reducer and simplifies and reorganizes the models with the help of Multigen Creator.Thus the characteristics of the models can be shown clearly by making full use of special function nodes of Multigen Creator. Without precise location information, spare parts localization method which avoids too many constraints' impact on real time is proposed based on DOF nodes. The assembly process makes full use of limited desktop peripherals. The system is simply constructed, as well as practical.
