Using the properties of Chebyshev polynomials and the basic theory of matrices, the Euclidean norm and spectral norm of H-circulant matrices containing Chebyshev polynomials are studied. The upper and lower bounds for the spectral norms of H-circulant matrix are given, which entrance are the first and second class Chebyshev polynomials.
