Abstract
In order to reduce the production cost of Cu-based sintered oil bearing and meet the requirements of strength and corrosion resistance, the Cu-based sintered oil bearing (containing 15% Al by mass) was prepared by powder metallurgy technology at 920 ℃ for 120 min in N2 atmosphere. The properties and microstructures of the sintered samples were measured. Further, the effects of Al content, with 10%、15%、20% and 25%, on the properties and microstructures of the sintered samples were investigated. The results show that, the optimal properties of the sintered samples are obtained when the mass fraction of Al is 15%, and the crushing strength and oil content reaches 177.90 MPa and 9.43%, respectively.
