Abstract
Based on the fixed bed reactor, the uniform deposited carbon black particle layer was oxidized, and the carbon black particles in different oxidation stages were sampled. The oxidation characteristics of carbon black particles were obtained by thermogravimetric analysis, and the nano structure and parameters of carbon black particles were analyzed with electron microscopy to explore the oxidation process and oxidation characteristics of uniformly stacked particles. The results show that increasing the oxidation temperature can promote the emission characteristics and the oxidation efficiency of the uniform deposited carbon black particle layer. When the particles are uniformly deposited, CO gas emission is the main one in the oxidation process. The ignition temperature and activation energy of carbon black particles increase with the increase of oxidation temperature. As the oxidation temperature increases, the microstructure of the carbon black elementary particle first disintegrates and separates from the outer layer, and then gradually forms a more ordered and stable "shell core" structure with a tendency to short crystallite and interlayer spacing.
