Microstructure, Mechanical Properties and Thermal Crack Behavior of Laser Cladded IN718 Alloy Coating

  • In the paper, the processing technology, microstructure, characteristics of component segregation and the mechanical properties of the laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are intruded. The heat treatment process, the mechanical properties after heat treatment, and the hot crack characteristics of the laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are summarized. Finally, the prospect of further research on processing, microstructure, high temperature mechanical properties and hot corrosion etc. of laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are proposed.
