Analysis of Surveillance Characteristics and Discussion on Anti-deception Technology of ACAS X

  • The target monitoring characteristics of ACAS X are summarized and analyzed. This paper points out that although ACAS X itself has strong anti-interference capability, it may be deceived by some technical means with the further application of hybrid monitoring and ADS-B information. This paper enumerates and analyzes these spoofing methods in detail, and puts forward some verification techniques to deal with these spoofing methods based on airspace scene, geometric coincidence and data consistency, RF signal characteristics, time and space characteristics of spoofing signals, etc. In this paper, the verification technology based on geometric coincidence and data consistency is selected for simulation. The results show that this technology can obtain more accurate geometric estimation position of aircraft, and can find the target in a flight path which does not conform to the navigation performance of aircraft, and filter the false target.
