Comprehensive Evaluation of Excavator Fuel Consumption and Efficiency Based on Grey Correlation Analysis-Optimal Solution Distance Method

  • In order to improve the economic performance of the excavator and effectively reduce the pollution of the environment by fuel consumption, a comprehensive evaluation model of excavator fuel consumption and efficiency based on the combination of gray correlation analysis and the distance method of superiority and inferiority solution is established. The evaluation indexes are quantified systematically by combining the objective and subjective weights with the distance function. At the same time, the distance and correlation degree of the evaluation objects are calculated by combining the gray correlation analysis and the superiority-disadvantage solution distance method, which expands the correlation interval and improves the discrimination ability of the system compared with the traditional gray correlation analysis. The results show that the fuel consumption and efficiency of the excavator under the custom 75 mode are optimal, the correlation interval is expanded by 0.3128, and the efficiency is improved by 7.7% under the same fuel consumption, which meets the demand of practical engineering applications and can be applied in the comprehensive evaluation of fuel consumption and efficiency of excavators.
