Model-based Energy Management Strategy Development for Fuel Cell Logistics Vehicles

  • Model-based control strategy development and hardware-in-the-loop test are important links in the process of vehicle controller development and verification. In this paper, aimed at the problem of energy management strategy development and verification of fuel cell hybrid logistics vehicles, a rule-based control strategy is established in Matlab/Simulink. Stm32-mat toolbox and STM32CubeMX were used to quickly complete the hardware configuration of STM32 controller. The embedded C code was automatically generated by Simulink Coder, and the hardware-in-the-loop test was carried out jointly with dSPACE real-time simulation system. The test results show that the hardware-in-the-loop test results have high consistency with the off-line simulation results. The proposed method can quickly complete the energy management strategy development and verification of the vehicle, and improve the efficiency of the development and verification of the vehicle controller.
