Ranking of Intuitionistic Fuzzy n-cell Numbers and Its Application

As for intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problem with known weight, a decision method is proposed based on intuitionistic fuzzy n-cell number. Firstly, the partial order of intuitionistic fuzzy n-cell number and two kinds of weak order based on mean and discretization are defined. Then, the theoretical properties of the proposed order are studied and compared. Finally, the correlation ranking method is applied to a kind of talent selection problem, which verifies the validity of method while solving the problem.
