Research on Torque Ripple Suppression of Switched Reluctance Motor Based on Torque Distribution Function

  • In order to reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor, the control strategy of switched reluctance motor based on improved torque distribution function is proposed. Ansoft maxwell finite element analysis software is used to establish the switched reluctance motor model. Through analysis, the data relations of torque-current-rotor position and flux-current-rotor position of switched reluctance motor are established, the traditional cubic torque distribution function is improved, and the improved cubic torque distribution function control model is established. The simulation research is carried out under three working conditions of uniform speed, acceleration and emergency braking. The results show that compared with the traditional cubic torque distribution function, the improved cubic torque distribution function can suppress torque ripple and speed ripple under three working conditions. The torque ripple is decreased by 4 N·m and the speed ripple is decreased by 64.95 r/min under uniform working condition. The torque ripple is decreased by 6.8 N·m and the speed ripple is decreased by 74 r/min under the acceleration condition. Under emergency braking condition, the torque ripple is decreased by 0.49 N·m, and the speed ripple is decreased by 46 r/min.
