A Study of Synchronous Unloading Mechanism Using in the Production of the Slab Track

  • In order to achieve automatic synchronous unloading in the production of the slab track of CRTSIII, the unloading mechanism is studied and designed.With this mechanism, the shear stress will achieve zero and the strength of the slab track will increase and the fissure will be reduced.This paper introduces the analysis, calculation and verification, obtains specific parameters, such as 15 mm for piston rod, 8 mm for cylinder case, 102 MPa for maximum pressure and 0.87 MPa for air pressure.At last, an analysis is conducted for the rod, the elongation indictor is only 0.12 mm, which is within expected results. The design provides theoretical reference for the transformation of new high-speed railway track plate CRTSIII using pre-tensioned approach.
