Study on the Behaviour of Cu during Melting Separation Process for MSW Incineration Fly Ash

  • To research the behaviour of Cu in fly ash during melting separation process, melting experiments were carried out to investigate the impacts on the separation of Cu during the iron-bath melting separation process. The impact parameters included treatment temperature, treatment time, basicity and iron mass. The results indicated treatment temperature was the biggest influence in the process of melting separation, With the increase in melting temperature, the distribution in the iron phase of heavy metal Cu presented a tendency of increase, the influence of the treatment time, basicity, and iron mass were relatively small.
