Substituted diethyl anilinomethylenemalonate is the key intermediate for the synthesis of 4-hydroxyl-quinolinecarboxylates, which is very important for the development of novel anticoccidial drugs. Two new diethyl 2-(3-phenyl-4-fluorobenzyloxyanilino) methylenemalonates are designed and synthesized. Their structures are confirmed by ¹H NMR and HRMS.
