Research and Development of a New Bi-directional Sensor Module for Monitoring Tire Pressure

  • By using high and low frequency communication technology, a new bi-directional sensor module for monitoring tire pressure is designed and implemented. In order to transmit tire pressure, temperature and other data and information through high frequency channel, and receive commands such as wake-up, configuration and signal trigger through the low frequency channel, high integrated sensor SP37 is used as the core to design hardware circuit and software modules for the tire pressure sensor. The standardized valve antenna is adopted to solve the problem of signal shielding from the rim. The actual test shows that the sensor module can work more than five years with the output power up to 6 dBm, having good market prospect.
