The Design of Remote Updated Method Based on RS-485 for the Intelligent Fire Cannon

In order to overcome the difficulties of updating intelligent fire cannon, an update-system for intelligent fire cannon is designed based on industrial bus network interface RS-485.We designed a set of resident program and monitor control software based on the existing bus network interface.The resident program was downloaded to the microcontorller and the controller program can be updated through the interface.The test results show that the method is of high efficiency, low cost and little risk.
