A Design of Hemodialysis Water Treatment Control System Based on PLC

  • To improve the reliability and control accuracy of hemodialysis water treatment, and make the medical staff operate convenient, a direct supply of dual-stage reverse osmosis water treatment control system is designed, which is based on programmable logic controller(PLC).The system has a single and two-stage water system, automatic washing, data monitoring and fault alarm functions, This is owe to the design of electrical control of the hemodialysis water treatment. The purpose of using the PI control technology can guarantee water production constant water pressure, and water treatment still can automatically adjust the water production according to the actual amount of water to save water. Experiment results show that the system is stable to run, simple to operate and the supplied water pressure is constant.
