Niche Fish Swarm Optimization Algorithm

In order to deal with the problem of slow convergence speed and difficult to find the accurate optimal solutions, combined with the theory of niche technology, Niche Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(NAFSA) is proposed. Niche population is consisted by individual fishes which has similar distance. The algorithm performs swarm first and then follow and prey behavior of Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA) in this population, and find the best one deposit to the next generation until a satisfactory value is searched. Finally, the performance of the algorithm is verified through several multimodal function. The simulation results show that the convergence and the optimization of algorithm are achieved good effect.
