Mechanical Property Analysis and Structure Improvement of Linear Motor Drive Worktable in PCB NC Drilling Machine

  • The mechanical property of linear motor drive worktable is one of the main factors affecting the machining accuracy. In order to improve the PCB NC drilling machine's precision and efficiency, we integrated the linear motor and the workbench into one structure model. Finite element method is adopted to analyze the static and dynamic property. According to the analysis results, 14 damping holes are added to improve the performance of worktable. Experiment results show that the worktable quality is improved and drill broken frequency is reduced, and the machining accuracy is enhanced. The work provides the theory reference for improving the overall performance of linear motor feed worktable and increasing the accuracy of the numerical control drilling machine drilling.
