Statics Calculation and Checking of Transport Binding Reinforcement for 260T Stator

  • As for Bulky cargo, reasonable bundled reinforcement method is very important to ensure safe transport and avoid economic loss. For the stress state study of bulk cargo in the transport process and the theory improvement of the large transport binding reinforcement, with the case of a 260T stator transport of large transportation company in sichuan province as the research object, this paper expounds the required equipment and materials for the stator bundled reinforcing, and analyzes the influencing factors of binding reinforcement, matters needing attention and the way of binding, and analyses the stress and checks the bundled reinforcement strength of the highway bulky cargo binding reinforcement with the consideration of correlation theory of railway transportation. of, The results show that the stator transportation reinforcement scheme is reasonable and has strong theoretical significance and practical value for the large transport of highway.
