Study on Bored-pile Optimum Design of Dike Slope of Distillery Bridge of Luxian County

  • As for the Luxian County winery bridge levee engineering, the artificial embankment slope is instable and the bearing capacity of soft plastic sandy clay in foundation is poor. a design scheme is put forward to reinforce the concrete piles and the software Autobank is utilized to optimize the scheme. The pile diameter, pile spacing and the pile foundation embedded are optimized to be 0.8m, 4m and 2m, respectively. According to the simulation results, the pile structure shear, bending moment and the maximum displacement values are 50.52 kN, 81.30 kN·m and 8.8 mm, respectively. As for the maximum bearing capacity of rock foundation 289.1kPa, reinforced pile section with 12 root diameter of 20mm can meet the design requirements. The embankment by using reinforced concrete pile dike reinforcement can solve the problem of the bearing capacity of slope instability and sandy clay problems effectively, and the related research results can provide a reference for similar engineering design and construction.
