Design of Control System for Self-pendulum Large Flow Fire Gun Based on Preset Area Data Table

  • As for the fire fighting in parallel, uniform stacking and other large space places, the existing self swinging fire gun has the defects of self swing motion and independent program motion. A self-tilting large flow fire gun control system is designed based on preset area data table. When the fire break out, the fire gun calls the preset horizontal swinging angle library and the pitching step angle library to control the rotation direction and angle of the horizontal and pitching DC motor through the program mode, thus completing the self-swinging movement of the fire gun. The H bridge power drive circuit was used to drive the DC motor. An encoder was employed to detect the angular position of the horizontal pitching mechanism in real time and STM32L0 series ultralow power MCU was utilized to control self-oscillating large flow fire gun. At the same time, the fire gun has wireless remote control function and it can be operated remotely by operators. The system is stable in performance. The method of program control is adopted to realize the self-swinging motion of the fire gun and good results have been achieved in application.
