Abstract
The purpose of the study is to solve the problems of easy to loss water, soften, decay and the status quo of high claim of storage environment parameters and difficult to keep fresh of Lingwu long jujube.The experiment used the eight mature LingWu long jujube as the test materials, the storage treatment was carried out by air - conditioning and ordinary cold storage and the fluctuation of two storage environments and its effect on storage quality were studied.The results show that Environmental fluctuations of modified atmosphere box about Temperature±0.2℃/gas composition ±1.0%/humidity±2%, thus solved the problem of controlling the storage environment parameters accurately; Jujube fruit were the sweet and sour taste, nutrition quality after 60 days stored in modified atmosphere box, and rotten fruit rate only 11%, soluble solids 23%, hardness 11 kg/cm2, titratable acid content 0.34%, malondialdehyde content of 0.0035μmol/g, relative conductivity 72%. Compared with common cold storage, the storage quality of jujube fruit can be improved significantly.
