Abstract

In order to detect gibberellic acid in riceefficiently and accurately, this paper established a method for determination of gibberellic acid by high performance liquid chromatography. After the sample was pulverized, extracted and purified, the detection wavelength, flow phase and column temperature were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The method has good linear relationship (R²=0.999 96), thelowest detectable degree (wasabout 2.0 mg/kg). The recovery rate ranged from 91.7% to 98.7%. The relative standard deviation was 3.2%.
