A Possibility Degree Method for Ranking Linguistic Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number and Application

  • This paper proposes a new ranking method to rank linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and applies it to the linguistic decision making problem of multi attribute with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. First of all, a possibility degree of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy number is defined based on possibility degree and Atanassov partial order and some related properties are discussed. And then, the ranking vector are calculated by constructing the probability degree matrix and the ranking method based on the possible degree is proposed by combining the accuracy function.In the case of known attribute weights and expert weights and using the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy number weighted aggregation operator, the individual comprehensive values of alternatives are obtained and further integrated into the collective comprehensive values of alternatives. According to the proposed method of probability ranking, a multi attribute group decision making method is designed. Finally, a concrete case shows that the method is reasonable and effective.
