Cast-in-place Concrete Arch Ring Casting of Arch Frame Based on Deformation Control

  • A method of arch ring concrete pouring plan based on control of deformation is presented to optimize pouring procedure of cast-in-place.Based on the method, a software was developed for cast-in-place reinforced concrete arch bridge by using ANSYS APDL language and deformation sudden change distribute and total-deformation-variables. The software was applied to an engineering and the results show that for 5 stage casting, the best pouring sequence is foot -vault- middle, and the weight of the vault and foot should be minimized under the construction permitted.
