Dynamic and Static Performance Analysis of the Central Axis Transmission System of HSCCC

Abstract
The central axis transmission system of HSCCC is an important carrier for ensuring high-speed rotating planetary frame, which plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the whole instrument. Taking the center axis of the chromatograph and its transmission system as the object, the SolidWorks three-dimensional software is used to model and simplify it and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is adopted to analyze.According to the working conditions of the instrument in the actual operation, the load and the constraint conditions, the static analysis and fatigue were anlyzed. The static performance parameters of the central axis were obtained, and the safety of the center axis design was verified.And the modal analysis was carried out to obtain the first 6-order natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the transmission system.The resonance with the motor was avoided effectively, and the rationality of the system design was verified.The analysis provided a guarantee for high speed and stable operation of HSCCC, which lays a foundation for the research and optimization design of the dynamic and static characteristics of the HSCCC.
