Dust Removal System of Zinc Smoke Based on CC2540

  • Aiming at the poor in real-time for zinc dust removal monitoring system in traditional hot dip galvanizing industry, a zinc dust removal monitoring system based on bluetooth single chip controller is proposed.The system is divided into two parts: a lower sub-system and a upper sub-system.The lower sub-system is mainly composed of CC2540 bluetooth single chip and detection sensors and related circuits. The upper sub-system consists of two parts: mobile phone APP terminal and touch screen.The real-time interaction and communication with the CC2540 bluetooth MCU is realized through the mobile APP or touch screen to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring and dust removal.
