Parameter Matching for Drive System of Fuel Cell Logistics Vehicle

  • In order to enhance the comprehensive properties of fuel cell logistics vehicles, it's important to match the parameters of the drive system. First of all, the system structure was designed according to the requirements of a fuel cell logistics vehicle's dynamic performance index. Secondly, the parameter matching process for different components (including motors, batteries, fuel cells, and transmission) of the power drive system was elaborated. Then, the vehicle's acceleration capability, grade ability, and maximum speed were verified. The experimental results show that the parameters of the matched power drive system meet the vehicle dynamic performance requirements.
