Design of Signal Recognition Module for Gear Selector Based on TRIZ Conflict and Object Field Model

  • In order to optimize the gear selector module of the gear selector, the design model of the gear operating mechanism based on the TRIZ conflict theory and the object field model is established, and the structure of the signal recognition function module is innovatively designed to improve the circuit that is cumbersome and inconvenient to realize the function.Secondly, using the principle of TRIZ segmentation, the relevant components on the circuit board are arranged, and the mechanism material is improved for heat dissipation, that is, the heat-dissipating connector is changed to pure copper.Finally, ANSYS ICEPAK and related mathematical models are used to optimize the heat dissipation of electronic components.The optimization results show that the maximum temperature of the PCB is 75.02℃, the temperature of relevant parts is within the reasonable temperature range, which verifies the feasibility of the signal identification module.
