Design of a New TPMS Compatible with RKE Receiving Function

  • This paper gives a detailed analysis of the RF link of the tire pressure detection system and the remote keyless entry system from the perspective of common design.A new TPMS design that is compatible with the remote control keyless entry system of the car is proposed.The scheme adopts the dual-mode wireless transceiver MAX7032.According to the different working conditions of the vehicle, the FSK wireless signal sent by the tire sensor module and the ASK wireless signal sent by the remote control key are received in time.The tire pressure detection data is verified by the microcomputer, and sent to the automobile combination meter through the CAN bus for display.The button control command of the decoding output is sent to the vehicle body controller through the CAN bus to complete the driving control of the door and windows.The test results show that the dual-mode wireless transceiver has a receiving sensitivity of -108 dBm in ASK modulation mode and -102 dBm in FSK modulation mode when the Manchester encoding rate is 3 kbps, which meets the design requirements.
