Random Vibration Analysis of an Ophiopogon Japonicus Harvester Frame

  • As for dynamic characteristics of ophiopogon japonicus, vibration analysis of C grade pavement is an essential factor for the development of modern agricultural machinery.A finite element model of the ophiopogon japonicus harvester frame was established and modal analysis based on ANSYS Workbench software was performed to extract the natural frequency of the frame.In the case of random excitation of the road surface, the modal superposition method was used to solve the stress and displacement cloud map of the frame, and then the displacement, velocity and acceleration response curves at the maximum amplitude under random vibration excitation were obtained, and the dynamic characteristics were worked out.This is very helpful for the structural optimization of the frame.
