Abstract:
Juvenile delinquency has become a global “social chronic disease”, and criminal behavior is the externalization of unhealthy psychology. As a main method of psychological correction, psychological intervention plays an important role in correcting juvenile delinquency and preventing secondary crimes. A large number of studies show that, community environment, aiming at the psychological intervention of juvenile community correction objects, is usually based on empirical facts and scattered subjective beliefs, which often lack of evidence about the correction, and can not be effective. This study provides scientific evidence for the psychological correction of juvenile community correction objects through a systematic review of Meta analysis, and hopes to promote the scientific nature of psychological correction and to spread the research evidence to the judicial practice of community correction through perfecting community correction legal system, and building scientific and accurate assessment of psychological correction mechanism, sustainable intervention fund incentive mechanism, and coordination of various social forces participation mechanism.
