Abstract:
This study puts forward the connotation of team work values, on the basis of the four-dimensional structure of team work values constructed by qualitative coding of grounded theory from the perspective of “personal-environment matching” theory. The initial scale is constructed by Delphi method. The semi-open questionnaire survey is conducted by snowball sampling method. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 are used to process the data, test its reliability and validity, and develop a team work values scale with good reliability and validity. This study not only expands the theory of “personal-environment matching”, but also provides effective management for team managers.
