Abstract:
Although the rural property right transaction is piloted all over the country, problems exist in normal transactions, as it is restricted by laws and regulations. By sorting out the laws and regulations of rural property rights transaction in recent years, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the macro policies, traditional thinking and transaction process, explains the formation of market elements and internal factors of rural property rights transaction, and puts forward suggestions for activating rural property rights transaction and revitalizing rural economy. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of rural economy, protect the rights and interests of rural collectives and farmers, integrate the elements of rural resources and improve the efficiency of rural property rights utilization, accelerate the rural construction, revitalize the rural economy, increase the total agricultural output value and rural GDP, and make farmers really get rid of poverty and become rich.
