Abstract: Intangible cultural heritage carries the civilization of human society, which is not only a basic performance of ethnic cultural diversity, but also an essential manifestation of a country's cultural soft power, and also an endless spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. Using the rapidly developing new generation of digital technologies to promote the preservation, inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage is not only the need of sustainable development, but also a deep call of the society for the development of intangible cultural heritage in the digital age. It has become an urgent task for the development of intangible cultural heritage. As typical representatives of the new generation of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain are becoming important driving forces that push forward digital transformation of the economy and society, and have a place to play in the development of intangible cultural heritage. This paper explains the basic principles of these three technologies, makes an in-depth analysis of typical application cases, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the current development reality of our country, in order to not only provide better guidance for the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage digitization, but also provide technical reference for promoting the application practice of intangible cultural heritage digitization.
